To date, I think that the earliest reference that I have found is 2007. That is 17 years of fraud by UPS. My personal opinion is that the function on the DIAD has been available since DIAD's were introduced in the early 1990's.
Just the 71 references so far to show that UPS deceived West Yorkshire Police.
