At least one of these has an active UPS email as I've had an out of office reply already as I type this.

I'll make a comment here. None of these will confirm anything about "Locking the Time Stamp" because it is fraud.

In the same way there was an orchestrated and organised denial by management about any issue that I raised.

The inplication by UPS being that I am a compulsive liar, which has worked, because currently no-one believes me.

That's how powerful UPS are, they can lie to and deceive anyone that they want to and get away with it.

I could create a long list of authorities who have been deceived but I'll name just one for now.

I'm going to have to improvise, I mean I have screen shots and if UPS can delete my photos (I reckon they can, and a few other things that I obviously can't prove) I also have them printed off.

Tell you what, howabout I quote from my email to Roswell Hub.

"I have refered to stopping the clock in the UK, I'm guessing that this is exactly the same as "locking the time stamp" so you can give the impression of delivering on time when you are actually late."

There is a lot more detail in my email but it is not necessary for the point that I am trying to prove.

If there is anyone out there in the real world, please feel free to confirm this statement, anonymously if you want.

I mean, I know it's true, everyone from UPS that I speak to confirms that its true and that everyone knows that it is done.

Have I broken Brown Cafe?

 I was perusing the Brown cafe site last week.

There are some very interesting posts on there about fraud in and by UPS.

Very interesting, to me, was a post by Roswell Hub regarding a vdeo entitled

Stop giving away your job!

So I emailed said Roswell Hub............no answer.

And since that e-mail I can't access Brown Cafe (I would of course have created a link there, but I can't)

That is I can't access Brown Cafe on my home PC, my phone, my Ipad or or my computer at work.

Anyone else having this problem?

I did offer to demonstrate this to West Yorkshire Police when the manager at UPS Dewsbury said that the clock on the DIAD could not be stopped.

West Yorkshire Police failed to take up my offer.

Perverting the course of justice

Hmm, just realised that the perverts get a mention even talking about something else.

Let's see where this one goes this time.

As I understand it, if you tell a great big fat whopper to the Police, i.e. telling a lie, it is perverting the course of justice.

All I have to do now is work out how to press charges against the relevant Dewsbury Manager.

Just a reminder to him, it is 100% FACT that the clock on the DIAD can be stopped during a delivery.

Pity the Police let me down again by failing to take up my offer of a demonstration to prove that I was correct.

I do have a plan though.

I worked at UPS part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Co workers were extremely friendly and great to get to know. I found the work to be hard but you could listen to a book and get your work done every night.

Cons

Managerial staff did not care for my well being or safety. They consistently would disregard safety issues. Managers would use pressure or blackmail unloaders with their jobs if they wouldn't meet the extra need during the holiday season.

Advice to Management

Make sure that there is a complete level of managerial transparency that goes all the way up the food chain and not just to immediate/direct managers.

 

Cons
Everything else including management team.

Treat your employees like people.


Cons
They expect you to work after hours off the clock to get the volume of work done. You will be chained to your laptop! You will be passed over for promotions and when you speak up they label you a troublemaker.

Work life balance should be respected and solutions should be put in place

Hard work, management can be overwhelming. Long hours when you get to full time.

Advice to Management
Employees that like you want to make you happy. Try to be likeable.
