There's a few repeating themes starting to show through.

Corporate greed, where have I heard that before?

Corporate Greed

Belt Tender (Current Employee)
 Hodgkins, IL

I have been working at UPS part-time for more than 5 years
Pros – Great Benefits, Good Union With Job Security and Education Benefits.
Cons – Low Pay and Grueling Hard Labor
Advice to Senior Management – Treat the little people with respect. Concentrate on making your workers happy and content.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this co
Dis-honest Management

27 year veteran

Feeder Driver (Current Employee)
 Atlanta, GA

I have been working at UPS full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – The BEST health and dental insurance for your family. The best job stability in the industry. The best pay rate in the industry ( if you can survive the early years of part time hub life.)
Cons – If you plan to go into part time management, just get in, get out as soon as possible to get a great management reference on your resume. Fulltime management will eat you! If plan to remain hourly, join/support the union immediately and enjoy a long stable, well paid career driving the BEST maintained equipment in the industry along with the best benefits. Just expect long hours and weird shifts until you reach a higher level of seniority.
Advice to Senior Management – Constant harassment and intimidation of the workers and part time sups is criminal. If fulltime mangers want to scream, yell, lie, blame and back stab each other daily, fine. Just leave all the great workers, drivers and young part time sups who actually do ALL the work alone to do their jobs!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Driver

Delivery Driver (Former Employee)
 Jersey City, NJ

I worked at UPS full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – weekly pay, is great after you reach seniority. Able to work independently, no one really bothers you. pretty good benefits and union protection
Cons – Managers are unrealistic, they are like slave drivers, they really dont care about their employees (drivers) just the bottom line, numbers quotas and get those packages delivered
Advice to Senior Management  be prepared to work you a** offmpany
