Mikey v. UPS

Thats 42 posts, blimey, could this be the answer to life, the universe & everything?

42 posts that say that Locking the Time Stamp is possible.

I wonder if that is enough?

I don't have the verbatim statement from West Yorkshire Police to their investigation as it was given to me over the phone, but it was along the lines that the clocks a set centrally by a computer overnight and can't be changed. Not quite the answer to my question but enough to convince the Police.

UPS's reply to my MP Mark Eastwood is as follows;

” Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.  I have reviewed with our internal operations and security teams.  We are aware of the complaint that Mr Whitehead has raised in the past which goes back several years.  We investigated thoroughly at the time and we did not find any evidence of incorrect procedures being used with the DIAD (Delivery Information Acquisition Device) which captures delivery information.  As per Mr Whitehead’s own admission, the Police investigation did not find any evidence of wrongdoing either.  Even if it were possible to change the clock on the DIAD, which it is not, this is not an activity that the Company would condone or encourage.  Providing the highest level of customer service is a priority to UPS, as is the integrity of our delivery procedures.””

Incorrect procedures? No because if the proper methods are followed, then every delivery has a fraudulent time stamp.

Really? Yes Really. I'm sure that I have posted the method before.

Change the clock? That wasn't the word I used.

Condone or encourage. While I haven't compiled a list of posts about management intructing and training employees how to falsify deliveries, there are several comments in the posts about Locking the Time Stamp which show that my statements have been true all along.

integrity of our delivery procedures. I have already provided West Yorkshire Police with a veritable multitude of background information regarding the integrity of UPS management. Thanks to Brown Cafe (Rest In Peace) and Reddit I now have even more evidence that I have been right since the orchestrated pack of lies was served up to me at my grievance hearing.

Locking the Time Stamp No 41 Fuzzy Brown

I think the posts from "eats packages" & BrownSnowFlake are repeats.
And there's another from Mech-Lift saying Sheet 'em late but I wont count those

Another saying Drive, Record, Drive will get you fired, but again,

You Can Falsify the Delivery

Locking the Time Stamp No.38 Over70irregs, No.39 JustDeliverIt, No40 Red Devil

Whilst Over70irregs isn't the poster, that I initially thought he was, he doesn't deny that it can be done

Locking the Time Stamp No. 35 Moderator, No. 36 Mech-lift again & No.37 Scratch

Whilst the post opposite Moderator (not necessarily his post) again states that it shows on a report and it is a fireable offence, it still proves that you can falsify the delivery times

Locking the Time Stamp No. 32 Zowert, No. 33 I've got a package 4U & No. 34 BSWalks

3 for the price of one

Locking the Time Stamp No. 30 Pullman Brown & No. 31 Brown Snow Flake

Locking the Time Stamp No. 28 BakerMayfield2018 & No. 29 Take your time again

Locking the Time Stamp No. 26 542 again & No.27 take your time

Whilst 542thruNthru says that it shows up on a report and they'll terminate you for it. It doesn't mean you will get terminated if you've been told to do it by management, and if it shows on a report then it must be possible to "Lock the Time Stamp"

Locking the Time Stamp No.24 542thruNthru & No. 25 Brownslave688

Locking the time stamp No. 22 tall_t4 & No. 23 Post #5

UPS is no longer a package delivery service

A post from Reddit

The "funniest" part of this reddit group is the statement in the group description that says that "issues or concerns should be dealth with through UPS Customer Service." Yeah? UPS used to be a slightly premium delivery service, a private alternative to USPS. Now it is a package-eating monster, run for profit not for service, whose main business is coercing the public into giving it donations of $20 per person to become a "premium member", which gets you absolutely nothing but the same failure everyone else gets: you've bought your product, you've paid for delivery, now UPS will dump your package at a storefront several miles away and expects you to make repeated trips on foot to that storefront to carry your packages home yourself by hand. The street level doors of the apartment buildings in my neighborhood in Queens, New York are all festooned with UPS "failed-delivery" notices flapping in the wind. There are no delivery attempts here because UPS doesn't want to pay drivers to keep up with the massive number of deliveries. Instead, it gives them a pad full of stickers to put on the doors on the route and fobs off the responsibility of connecting paying customers to their packages to an individually "owned" (franchised!), privately-operated "UPS Store" which is also overwhelmed by the volume of undelivered packages. They then become yet another agent on the milk train of rent extraction set in motion by any retailer or seller that contracts with UPS to make deliveries. The deliveries are a mess; the best you can do is try to find out if your online orders are to be shipped by UPS, and if they are, cancel the order.

That's an interesting thread, worth a read of the comments

That's the Brown Cafe that is still down (UPS interference??)
