VOSA quit out

Your concerns have been forwarded to the Regional Intelligence Unit for your area who may use the information as a basis for further investigation.

While we are unable to provide feedback on any intelligence information that we receive, due to the possible sensitivity of its nature, we are extremely grateful for all information received from people like yourself that assist us in meeting our ultimate objective of saving lives, safer roads, cutting crime and protecting the environment.

At the Customer Service Centre, we are sometimes asked for feedback regarding Intelligence reports that have been made, or for contact emails.
Our role is to take the information and pass it on to the relevant Intelligence Officer and they will give consideration as to whether it is used or held on file for future investigations.

It is not policy for the intelligence unit to give feedback on the information received.  This is due to a number of factors including length of time for investigations (could be up to 17 months), the information is confidential, and lack of resources/time (there are only so many investigations that it is possible to conduct at one time).

Should you have further information please send it to enquiries@vosa.gov.uk, and we will be able to forward it to the intelligence unit.

HSE update

Many thanks for your response.

 

I understand that you have already had a full explanation as to why HSE will not be pursuing your concerns (Laura Hedley's letter of 3rd of May 2012 and e mail of 14th of June 2012 refer).

 

However, to reiterate, HSE operates a risk based complaints handling system.As you are the sole complainant to have had contact with HSE and you no longer work for the company, there is deemed to be no risk to you.

 

Therefore, HSEs Complaints Handling Team cannot pursue the concerns you have raised, within the parameters set out under the HSE Complaints Handling Procedure (referred to in my e mail of 30th November 2012).

   Keep up the good work Dave & Mike the more employees like our self's our should i say EX-employees then the world would be a better place,I to reported to VOSA about issues but UPS got word about it some how (mole in VOSA) probably a very rich mole by now....LOL. Jim Casey will be turning in his grave as you say Mike about the way the employees are being treated.

      See if all the union members stick together then maybe the drivers & other employees will get somewhere with this company. Until employees start to stand up to the company they will always be treated like cretins. UPS are using the fact that the jobs market isn't strong at the moment and they are using this to their full advantage. Drivers complain to their shop stewards about the way they get treated but as soon as the going get ruff they shit em self's (losers)Stand up and be counted like i have done, until you drivers start doing this,,,shut up get in your van and go deliver your parcels at 10 stop per on road hour, don't take your break and stay out late as MR FOWLER says

Well I think my points are well and truly made I receive no comments from any one at The Universal Parcel Service, up to and including Scott Davis

I and many others have named many wrong doers within The United Parcel Service and listed many illegal activities including Bullying, Intimidation and Harassment of staff by Managers, plus Falsifying of evidence and statements to Industrial Tribunals and VOSA.

VOSA have been informed of many infringements and irregularities and does nothing, VOSA just go for the easy option and keep prosecuting Drivers for the infringements and ignore the cause!

The Universal Parcel Service through their Solicitors (Iisa.greenstreet@tltsolicitors.com)

threatened me with legal action, but backed down when I told them to bring it on, and I would see them in court.

If we are all telling lies what have they got to worry about?

The United Parcel Service have destroyed so much evidence in their efforts to cover most things up, that they can no longer put up a case against us, and every one knows that we have kept all the false evidence that they produced against us, including the documented evidence produced by Mick Labourne (UPS Shaw Cross) and Paul Sellers (UPS Shaw Cross) which proves that they told deliberate lies in an Employment Tribunal.
All these documents have already been produced in an open British Court of Law and are therefore already in the Public Domain.
