Glassdoor
I couldn't be bothered with some of the Glassdoor comments recently, but I've just seen that it was the most popular post this month, so I may just dig out the old e-mails.
They are real responses that mirror some of my opinions on UPS.
And good morning America, you should have copies of all my health documents.
What?
S.O.D. didn't take copies, or fill out return to work forms? He said Alan Carr, sorry Rob Burrows was going to do them.

First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then
you win.

I was ignored.
I've been laughed at.
They are currently fighting.
Let's see who wins.

For Patsy
Hi Patsy
I'll give you a quick recap.
I worked for UPS for over 20 years, half of them as a supervisor.
As per the UPS policy book, Code of Business conduct, Business Ethics Questionnaire etc., etc., etc., I reported integrity issues that I found within the Company. Whilst Managers said that they would deal with the issues that I raised they swept them under the carpet and took no action.
Over the years I raised these issues higher and higher within the Company, including Compliance & Ethics. When again these fell on deaf ears, I was told that I must raise an official grievance. The collective response from the Company was that I was a liar and by denial I had made everything up. The grievance procedure was not followed. Following this I was suddenly facing a performance improvement procedure, despite the fact my performance hadn't been questioned. When I queried this, with evidence of being set up and victimisation, the planned meeting never took place, with both my Manager and HR denying that they were responsible for the meeting.
I can show fraud throughout the Company, and that right up to the top of the tree it is acceptable, as one of the issues involves customers being defrauded out of their money back guarantees. In other words saving UPS money.
You can see plenty of evidence of this if you use the labels on the right hand side of the blog.
Please feel free to comment.
Almost every comment to my blog has been made anonymously. Employees being scared to admit what they know, or Managers trying to have a dig :-)

UPS Institutionalised Plebs
Just in case there are any dumb UPS'ers who want to query the use of my words, as they did pleb, here's a definition for you.
If Cindy Miller doesn't know the meaning of threat, she definitely won't know this one.
There is definitely institutionalised fraud occurring within UPS
institutionalize
ɪnstɪˈtjuːʃ(ə)n(ə)lʌɪz/
verb
past tense: institutionalised; past participle: institutionalised
- 1.establish (something, typically a practice or activity) as a convention or norm in an organization or culture."he institutionalized the practice of collaborative research on a grand scale"
UPS v. The Republicans
Looks like they are on the same side unfortunately.
I had a plan, but it doesn't look too promising based on some of the words in this article by Jason Easley which can be found Here
Oh, dear !!!!!
Plan 46 needed maybe, but I'll see what happens first, ;-)

The lack of ethics and real values of many Republicans who are currently serving in the House are never far below the surface.

More Centreboard fraud aka bullshit
I wonder why I wasn't given this at my grievance hearing? or appendices 8 - 28 either?
Appendix 16 Discussion with Barbara Bright, Eastleigh Centre
19th January 2011, approx 17:00hrs PM
No knowledge of the Centreboard being on road that day so she followed up with Roger Miles. RM not aware of the reason and too old to check, no record of why used but wouldn't use a board on road as knows this is wrong.
RM told BB that using a Centreboard to 'cheat' would not benefit at all as the centre would get caught out in some other way or fail on another report such as did overrides so there would be no benefit.
This wouldn't have been presented because it is absolute bollocks.
Lets start with the fact it is a pack of lies.
Barbara Bright and Roger Miles are saying that they have no knowledge and therefore no control over their staff. How come neither of them spotted the Centreboard on the reports that they talk about? It wasn't, at the time, too old to check.
RM would be right in saying that there would be no record, no-one in their right mind would keep a log of Centreboards, so it isn't total bollocks, there is no log of Centreboards, it would of course show in their data. Overrides would be nothing compared to the benefits of improved productivity. Using a Centreboard on road is wrong, yes, so why did it go out?
There's no word of the other 1100 pieces of evidence that I had provided, all denied by every other centre?
If all this fraud was showing up on reports, as I found, why wasn't anyone reporting it? 397,600 employees (from UPS website) and no-one else had the balls to query anything?
I showed that Centreboards were going on road at over 50 centres, in addition to the evidence above I presented a further 470+ at the grievance meeting.
To quote Johnny Kidd & the Pirates....(We're) all in it together.
