More than half of HR leaders believe HR data informs business decisions, but just one in three business leaders agree. That's according to a survey of more than 400 business and HR leaders conducted by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) launched earlier this week.
Most HR teams have access to more data than ever before, from employee performance to organisation absence rates, but only by measuring the right things, applying the right analytical techniques and effectively interpreting and communicating data to stakeholders, can HR truly help organisations make informed business decisions.
It might be the right way to go, but if you are as dishonest as UPS's HR..........then NO way José
