Tachographs

Can anyone tell me why I still have some of my charts?

is it because;

• UPS failed to control the issue of charts
• UPS failed to check them back in correctly
• UPS failed to audit the charts for infringements, even with facilities in place.
• UPS try to hide infringements by avoiding illegal charts
• Even if the charts had been scanned and infringement reports generated they would just be binned
• All of the above

Don't worry UPS, as you already know, VOSA couldn't give a toss.

Which begs the question, why do VOSA exist?
