Jo Swinson

A quick summary of UPS's grievance procedures.
Why is it no longer a statutory right?
Why was the law changed?

1st Grievance
No right to appeal given

2nd Grievance
Completely ignored
I have e-mails to show there can be no doubt that I wanted the 2nd grievance investigating

3rd Grievance
No grievance meeting held
Doubt there was any investigation that took place
Despite chasing for resolution, it was 5 months before an answer.
No right to appeal given

5 months to do nothing takes the grievance over the 3 month time bar for constructive dismissal. Co-incidence? I doubt it.

Content of the grievances?
UPS fraud, bullying, retaliation.
