“Supervisor”
I have been working at UPS for more than 3 years
Pros – Good pay, great benefits and great people to work with
Cons – Horrible management and work ethics.
Advice to Senior Management – Never become a supervisor. Stay an hourly with the union.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
Questionable work ethics?
