Don't know a great deal about this side of the business, but my Maths says UPS owe HMRC just under £7 million. Judging by their track record I wouldn't be surprised.
Someone else being paid off?
"when you consider UPS was changing on average 80 shipments a month with a £1000 fine implemented on every one I think they will take a bit of notice when you consider this went on for 7 years.
DIR ( date into record ) changes on all the inside shipments that have missed month end which makes UPS miss fines which actually is a act of treason as it is ripping off the UK government directly."
Of course, this wouldn't be classed as an integrity issue, just creative accountancy, like......
Starbucks.
Google.
Amazon.
And probably many others
