Interesting to see which posts are being read this morning, and where.
As fraud posts seem popular....
Spoke to another UPS driver yesterday.
He is another employee who says that the DIAD has not been re-programmed or updated in relation to the time that the clock can be stopped on a delivery. This means that when a driver is running late for a timed delivery, or is held up for any reason, he, or she, can stop the clock on the DIAD to ensure that the delivery does not fail. As previously stated this means that the money back guarantee for failed deliveries is bypassed.
What Mr. Customer? You say that the delivery arrived late? No, our electronic records show that it was delivered on time, you must be mistaken.
Only a small sample so far, but that is 100% of drivers that I've asked.
Not that UPS would deny it, nor would they confirm that a change to the programme had been made, as that would prove my point.
My point? That is, one of the points that was denied in my grievances.
There has currently been no contact from any UPS employee denying that this happens. Surely someone in the
Employees: 399,000 Worldwide (323,000 U.S.; 76,000 International)

would want to try and prove me wrong. Thing is, they can't, can they?
There has been contact from employees supporting me, (without the anonymous cloak), come on the rest of you prove me wrong. Anonymously if you want.
