Policy book for runsamsun

I doubt you've read the UPS policy book so here is a little smidgeon for you.
This is on page 7 under our principles, which follows a brief history of the Company.
Even without allowing for the history it is near the front, so pretty important.

This should cover parking in a fire lane.

We manage our business in compliance with all the applicable laws and regulations of the countries in which we operate and in accordance with our company's high standards of business conduct. All employees are expected to comply with the Code of Business Conduct, which is essential to maintaining our reputation for honesty, quality, and integrity. Also, it is each employee's responsibility to report to the company any situation where our standards or the laws are being violated. Any employee disclosing, in good faith, violations or suspected violations of legal or UPS business standards will not be subjected to retaliation or retribution. Likewise, failure to comply with the provisions of the UPS Code of Business Conduct will not be tolerated.

This also covers the millions of $ spent on parking fines. Productivity of drivers is more important than complying with applicable laws.

Do UPS maintain honesty and integrity there?

Now read the last part of that statement and relate that to the content of my blog.

It's not that UPS are dishonest, it's about the fact that they make a big issue of how honest they claim to be.

Now throw in all the tachograph and working time issues
Bullying
Fraud

and what is your conclusion?

Not one UPSer has said that any of my information is wrong. That would be difficult as it is backed up by FACTS. Emails and UPS reports. There is very little hearsay evidence included.
