Robbery and thievery get a mention

UPS is a bullshit organization. When your job is to deliver packages on time and you can't or won't do that, and then say that you tried when you didn't, that's straight up robbery. If you pay for overnight and your package comes two or three days later and they won't reimburse you for the fee they charged you for overnight, that's thievery. It's time to show those assholes that they are not the only delivery service out there, and there are better ones at that. UPS stands for Un-Professional Shitheads.
