There was an outcry at my use of the word Pleb.
Has anybody done anything to check out what I have said and done?
Have you asked around?
Have you reported anything?
No? Why not? Someone else's job?
You are all now complicit if you don't take any action.
I will look forwards to hearing the details of your actions.
I wouldn't suggest making an officially complaint yet.
This is what will happen!!
Every Manager, safe in the knowledge that he/she will be "looked after", will deny everything that you have said or e-mailed. H.R. will decided that this is choosing to remember or forget.
Your grievance hearing will not follow the correct procedures. Even if there is e-mail proof as evidence.
You will be given no right to appeal, if you do it will be ignored.
A Division Manager, safe in the knowledge that he is protected, will even tell you that he remembered what he had denied.
If you then put this in a grievance, the Company will run down the clock in answering the grievance, then they will do nothing.
Here is a suggestion.
You have seen the information on my blog about various Centre Managers, Division Managers, Country Managers, District Managers, function Managers & even the CEO.
When you have your next Centre Planning meeting or Managers meeting, look these Managers in the eye and ask them if Mike Whitehead is being honest on his blog. I say do this in a meeting, then you will have witnesses. You have seen the list of names that I have published already. Richard Watts is the Division Manager named above. The next time Richard comes and does his talk on integrity, laugh at him. Put these hypocrites to the test.
Ask Cindy, Tony, Craig & Steve if they still think 4 on to 1 isn't intimidation.
There are many people on my mailing list that know what went on in Dewsbury. Automotive, H.R., Security, Safety, BQA teams etc. These are not the named Managers, these are other employees choosing to ignore what happened. These employees claimed to have high morals and ethics.
Why would they be scared to report anything?
Some of these other employees are in fairly high positions.
Let me know how you go on, prove you are not plebs.
These people aren't untouchables.
I know that some of you have been unfairly treated in the past. Now you can bring the chickens home to roost
They will all avoid confrontation as we say in YORKSHIRE they SAY a LOT and DO NOWT
