Mirror, mirror on the wall, is HR the fairest of them all?

Our new report on HR's role in corporate responsibility finds that if HR did more to embed corporate responsibility through its core functions, it could be influential as a 'mirror of conscience'. The research highlights a clear reality gap between where HR would like to be in leading corporate responsibility and its actual standing in organisations.
