Having strangely ducked out of my previous questions, by a game of ping-pong between the IOC & LOCOG, will the I.O.C. take the UPS millions for the next Olympic Games?
I'm fairly sure that the I.O.C. will take their slice of the fraudulently obtained dosh.
I don't see anything to suggest that some coffers might not be lined.
