  1. 2010 really up to date...

Not sure of the point that you are trying to make, but let's see.

2010. I can't really post details of anything since I left the Company, can I?
Interesting that you aren't actually denying that this type of fraud took place. In fact I'm sure I can use that of confirmation of THE FACT that it did take place. If it didn't take place you would have been denying it, would n't you?

& that example was of a daily occurrence.

Wait! What was that?

Nothing.....because nothing has ever been denied.

No co-incidence that a customer in Leeds yesterday was telling me why they moved from UPS to DHL. Bet you couldn't guess that it was down to timed delivery fraud. Oh!! you did. :-)

Do you want me to name the Company so that you can check. They were in your Division.

What? That wasn't your point. What was your point about 2010?

The date of that e-mail was 11th November 2010.

The point about that date is that it is less than 3 years old.

UPS Managers are experts on everything from Medicine to law, so can you, anonymous, tell me what that means?

Correct, it means that it isn't time barred. Whoops, just shot yourself in the foot? or arse.

I suspect that you, anonymous, was on the same 340 methods course as I was.

Remember the date?

Clue. It was when England played Germany in the World Cup.

So that would have been? ...... 2010. oooohhhhhh.

It would have been? June ooooohhhhh ooooohhhhh.

it was 27th, aaaahhhhhh.

When is the 27th of June in the year of our Lord 2013? I do believe that it is next week.

That's not time barred either.

What happened on that course Walter?

I reported DIAD fraud to the 2 American managers. Eeeeccckkkkk

I raised my 1st grievance in December 2010, that's not time barred.
nor is my 2nd grievance
or my 3rd.

As it happens nothing from 4th June 2013 is time barred, as an expert on law, I'm sure that you know what that means.

If I'm right I reported to you as a Manager, not time barred.
I reported to you as a Division Manager, not time barred.

Also to Captain Greedy, that's not time barred either.

Wimbledon next week, I may just have broken service.
