Business Ethics Questionnaire

Since 1907, UPS has built a reputation for honesty, quality, and integrity.  Maintaining our integrity – our most valuable asset – is vital to our continued growth and success and is a responsibility we all share.  We must never lose sight of our commitment to be highly regarded by our customers, by all those with whom we do business and by the general public.

Our commitment to integrity and compliance has always been a fundamental part of our culture. Our business conduct and compliance policies are set out in The UPS Policy Book and The Code of Business Conduct.

Because of the great importance of our reputation to our success, the Audit Committee has determined that certain employees, according to the nature of their job responsibilities, should affirm their obligations in this regard.  Therefore, it is UPS’s policy to require these employees to complete the Business Ethics Questionnaire (BEQ) annually.

Reporting made absolutely no difference to the fraud within UPS.
It still continues.
