I worked at UPS part-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Co-Workers were amazing, still stay in touch.
Cons – Management is racially biased, sexually harassing, oblivious to ethics.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your people.

Cons – The hours for managers are very, very long. Working with union employees and the inability of holding them accountable becomes something of a running joke. 100+ late occurrences and you STILL cannot fire an hourly? Really?
Chicago politics would have a tough time keeping up with the shenanigans here. Don't cross your boss or you will end up in Siberia driving a package car.
