This would be the same IT Department responsible for the fraudulent DIAD programming.
I wonder which saves more money, the number of fraudulent POD's or the saved fuel? Bear in mind this practice has been sustained for many years. Probably since the DIAD's inception.
& add another driver to the list of those saying that the DIAD has not been reprogrammed since I left the Company.
