More from the complaints board

It's interesting, too, that when you read comments from the administration regarding these UNDELIVERABLE messages (via the tracking window), they add something that states that the delay was due to a decision made by the receiver..

Last time they said it was because "I" requested an address change, this time they say it's because, "I" asked them to 'HOLD' the package for a day...(WOW)!
That way, 3, 6, or 12 months from now, during a performance review, UPS IS a STELLAR company! They'd clearly be making 100% of deliveries if it wasn't for the customer changing their minds ALL the time.
YEEEESH!!!

This is why they cheat on timed deliveries, cheat on missed deliveries, when it comes to reporting results, everything looks rosy. Rosy for the Company, better service, rosy for the Management, results mean pay rises based on performance.
