What keeps HR professionals awake at night?
According to our new HR
Outlook survey report, 64% of business leaders and 71% of HR
professionals cited cost management as their top priority. But, when it comes to
what keeps them awake at night, HR is more likely to be worrying about
longer-term people issues. Most notably, leadership development and talent
development. The challenge for HR is that many business leaders remain
unconvinced about HR's contribution to business performance, with almost a fifth
saying they don't know what HR's role is.
It certainly won't be their conscience.......Boom tish
Mind you, in UPS's case they cannot be described as professional
