Proof that Managers were instructing drivers to complete missed deliveries as closed.
As I explained, this invalidates the money back claim that can be made because the delivery had failed. This was still going on when I left the Company. A Dewsbury driver went to Sheffield as was instructed to do this. When he had missed deliveries at Dewsbury, he did the same thing. Steve O'Donnell asked me to investigate. When it turned out that not only this, but another driver had been given the same instructions by Alec Simmons, the proposed disciplinary action vanished into thin air.

I was in an offside position when I made the claims.
