There's a theme that I recognise
Cons – long hours and a never ending supply of admin
Cons – lack of promotion based on merit and actual ability, management team selected on basis of who you know and not what you know, cliquey atmosphere. not interested in helping employees reach their potential. working environment could be better, cramped office space, bad building maintainence. inability to apply its own policies.
Cons – Immediate micromanagement from Staff level management made it difficult to set and achieve goals. Often times instructions were given from upper management that conflicted with UPS policies and practices. You were forced to choose between team loyalty and being "Blackballed" and the policyies that were preached.
Cons – The organization is a 24 hour operation. Expect to work long hours to make sure the job is completed proficiently and the shipments are out at the scheduled departure time. "Burn out" is the norm during the holiday season.
Cons – Long hours - can't go home until all packages are delivered. Hard, physical labor.
Cons – longer working hours due to earlier reporting time and shorter lunch break, but it all depends on department. Not much staffs benefits
Cons – The workspace, an industrial warehouse setting, at times can be extremely hostile between managers and hourly employees. There is an air of mistrust and typically unprofessional interactions take place regularly. Upper management's practices can often be counter intuitive and counter productive.
Cons – very little gratitude for hard work, its all about the time clock. i'm a young petite non-athletic female and "union rules" were an excuse supervisors used when refusing to help me with packages twice my own weight
Cons – Poor management, verbal abuse, unobtainable numbers
Cons – Impossible speed and accuracy expectations, and an atmosphere of insane competition made this experience unpleasant. The fastest people couldn't meet their numbers.
Cons – -Sometimes management does not know what they are doing -There are some people that should be fired, but still working there
Cons – Horrible work life balance, a lot of pointless conference calls that do not deliver results but rather waste time, accountability should be handled on a face to face basis.
Cons – old boy network in the management ranks, hard working dependable supervisors often passed over for promotion based on willingness of others to cow tow to upper management higher seniority bargaining group members often set poor examples for younger members by depending on union to support poor performing workers too few full time employment opportunities
Cons – (This is from personal experience and only with the store I worked at, as far as I know)
The hours are not flexible at all. If you need time off for injuries or illness, you tend to lose your job in your absence. If asked to amend the job due to an injury they are unwilling to comply and tell you to take the time off. The store is unwilling to back up claims of rule breaking with evidence when asked. (one specific situation was a simple glance at the security video). It is difficult to work a second job with this job and they are unwilling to schedule around your other job or classses. Ability to advance from a store associate is difficult, though not impossible.

Cons – Safety, management, lack of promotion.
Cons – Management is questionable to say the least. Fast paced and Hardworking environment. Supervisors really do nothing except supervise. Bad weather depending on location.
Cons – A lot of time is spent away from home! You are required to be working almost all day! If you go in early thinking you can call it a day early, you're mistaken! You need to plan to be there for the duration! There are too many bosses giving orders! The communication is really poor from the Division levels down to the hourly employees.! The work demand is extremely high and you had better work round-the-clock to complete your tasks or you'll work even longer hours because you will be working on Action Plans! There are many responsibilities and you need to be thick-skinned or you won't make it in the UPS family!
Cons – Attitudes of entitled workers can lead to drama queens, negativity, and lower moral. That being said, supervisors are just as bad if not worse in the sense that they feel manipulation, constant yelling, and verbal abuse is the way to encourage your workforce to work harder.
Cons – Managers can be thuggish in handing out discipline. Union dues. Seniority based advancement means a long wait for full-time work (I have been waiting 7+ years with no relief in sight). Unfair Production Standards.
Cons – Management in other depts can be unhelpful and demanding. Higher management seem have lost connection with company ideals regarding employees.
