Does God talk to you? was a recent question in a sermon.
I have had numerous messages from sermons and readings to guide and inspire me.
Call it co-incidence, call it what you want, the messages have been there.
Last Sunday was harvest festival, the reading contained
9 Whoever has ears, let them hear.
22 The seed falling among the thorns refers to someone who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, making it unfruitful.
23 But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop (Matthew 13)
Have an interpretation of this. It confirmed something that I'd just done.....more later
