Brown Café - Teddies out

Teddy's out of the cot over in the Brown Café regarding accidents.
It's the UPS mentality of everyone blaming everybody else, even mechanics get involved.

Love the comment that says 39 deaths rounds down to nothing. Guess it was none of his/her family that was involved.

UPS's 102,000 drivers worldwide are among the safest on the roads, logging more than 2 billion miles a year while averaging less than one accident per million miles driven.

39 fatalities rounds off to about zero
What a horrifying statement to make. 39 lives are 39 families that have lost someone they love.
And everytime they see a UPS vehicle they will be reminded that is how they lost someone in their family.
Have a look Here

Nothing on there about tachograph infringements and working time regulations, but it is the States so maybe they aren't hammered as much as UPS employees are in the UK.

There are details here from my tachograph label, about infringements in the UK. Remember this only shows the recorded infringements, there are many more that are hidden by incorrect recording of hours and breaks.

A more important question may be;

Why do VOSA turn a blind eye to this?

Are there some large brown envelopes exchanging hands? The level of possibly fines just on recorded infringements has got to be worth a very handsome backhander.

Talking of backhanders, never heard from the police or Albert Graham's solicitors following his threat, and that Cindy, is the true meaning of the word threat. That is all it was. I will say again, either Albert Graham was extremely incompetent or he deliberately lost my paperwork, and why would he have done that?

My money is on UPS not letting Albert do anything anyway. All the background would have to be investigated. So bring it on Albert.
