I wonder why I wasn't given this at my grievance hearing? or appendices 8 - 28 either?
Appendix 16 Discussion with Barbara Bright, Eastleigh Centre

No knowledge of the Centreboard being on road that day so she followed up with Roger Miles. RM not aware of the reason and too old to check, no record of why used but wouldn't use a board on road as knows this is wrong.
RM told BB that using a Centreboard to 'cheat' would not benefit at all as the centre would get caught out in some other way or fail on another report such as did overrides so there would be no benefit.
This wouldn't have been presented because it is absolute bollocks.
Lets start with the fact it is a pack of lies.
Barbara Bright and Roger Miles are saying that they have no knowledge and therefore no control over their staff. How come neither of them spotted the Centreboard on the reports that they talk about? It wasn't, at the time, too old to check.
RM would be right in saying that there would be no record, no-one in their right mind would keep a log of Centreboards, so it isn't total bollocks, there is no log of Centreboards, it would of course show in their data. Overrides would be nothing compared to the benefits of improved productivity. Using a Centreboard on road is wrong, yes, so why did it go out?
There's no word of the other 1100 pieces of evidence that I had provided, all denied by every other centre?
If all this fraud was showing up on reports, as I found, why wasn't anyone reporting it? 397,600 employees (from UPS website) and no-one else had the balls to query anything?
I showed that Centreboards were going on road at over 50 centres, in addition to the evidence above I presented a further 470+ at the grievance meeting.
