I concur with the decision made by Marianne Wyles as outlined in her email of 19 September,2012.
In summary, I agree that the evidence available to Marianne on 19 September was insufficient evidence to establish that the complaint made by Mr Whitehead is admissible under the CIPD Code of Professional Conduct.
