UPS MANAGERS EASY-LIFE in IGNORANCE

What an easy life it must be for all senior executives at The United Parcel Service
All they need is a telephone to pass the buck! And a delete button on their computers!
You can just imagine a situation where a minion in the company has a problem he sees his Supervisor!
Who phones/emails his Manager
Who phones/emails his Centre Manager
Who phones/emails his District Manager
Who phones/emails his Division Manager
Who phones/emails his Country Manager
Who phones/emails the CEO (Scot Davis)
Who eventually phones/emails his Country Manager back and says you deal with it
Who eventually phones/emails his Division Manager back and says you deal with it
Who eventually phones/emails his District Manager back and says you deal with it
Who eventually phones/emails his Centre Manager back and says you deal with it
Who eventually phones/emails his Junior Manager back and says you deal with it
Who eventually phones/emails his supervisor back and says you deal with it and give up wasting our time!
Who calls the Minion into the office and says you are dismissed.
This will of course take about three weeks and each call will have been preceded by a call/email
To the HR department and several departmental Managers at each level!
Policies And Procedures will have been completely circumvented, Compliance and Ethics will
have been completely ignored and the UPS Code of Business Conduct will have been re-written, or torn up.
All relevant emails will have been deleted and evidence will have been fabricated or covered up.
When or if all this fails the top men will say throw a bit of cash at it, involve a couple of Barristers and solicitors,
And make it go away!

Sorry I have used some big words that Most United Parcel Company Manager won’t be able to understand
But explanations are available in most Dictionaries. ( “Policies”, “Procedures”,”Compliance”, “Ethics”,” Circumvented”
And “Code of Business Conduct”)

Now why does that seem familiar?
