Dodgy gibberish

Anyone other than Dave having problems with the welcome aboard Dave again post?

From Dave's e-mail it is the apostrophes and ampersands that are creating some strange gibberish.

It is OK when I preview and also read my blog. Note only hyphens and question marks in this one.

Anything to report other than my incompetence?
