Dear all,

Our commitment to integrity and compliance has always been a fundamental part of our culture. The Business Ethics Questionnaire (BEQ) is an annual internal survey designed to gauge the legal and ethical compliance environment among specific employee groups. Completion of the BEQ is required by the Audit Committee of the UPS Board of Directors. This year all Management and Specialists have been designated to complete the 2010 BEQ.
