UPS v. Sick (More Bullying tactics)

UPS think that they are above the law when it comes to laws.

If you have a sick note you can complain to the Union (Haha) or HR (ROFLMAO)

No Manager has a right to make you work when you are ill


The Union don't seem to be interested.

HR will back the dishonest Manager and call you a liar.

If you have knackered your ankle ligaments and are forced to continue working instead of going to hospital, then surely this will aggravate the injury, especcially as the Doctor says rest is needed. It must follow that Doctor Fowler will have caused additional unnecessary pain and damage with his quack diagnosis.

But of course, UPS Managers are fully trained in everything, up to and including rocket science. After all its not brain surgery.


Where there's a UPS Manager, there's a claim

In current employment law if an employee is signed off sick by the GP, then he or she cannot be forced to work by the employer until they are feeling better.
