More UPS bullying

Hi mike, here's the info I have for you as discussed. Phil went over badly on his ankle while working and using all the correct safety methods but as we know accidents do happen but ups seem to think that drivers cause them. Instead of been taken straight to the hospital, he sat in the passenger seat and assisted to help Scott fowler complete the run. I am assuming he was put under pressure to do this. Why would Scott need help as he is methods trained? Or he could have stayed out till 10pm as some of his drivers stayed out as stated in my dismissal meeting but that's a different story lol. Phil didn't get to the hospital to well after 1700 and I've seen him since and he has been in agony and it's the size of a cricket ball. He has been told by the hospital to stay off it for a least a week and has been given crutches. He texted Scott last night to say he couldn't come in, given at least 12 hours notice to get cover. Scott rang as soon as Phil had let go of the send button lol. Didn't hear the conversation in full but fil told that Scott wanted him to come In and be assist a driver to do his run. Fil has not returned to work today as he has taken the hospitals advice and not dr Scott's. & you can add to this the driver with a sick note for a sciatic nerve problem who had to take 2 weeks holiday rather than use his sick note.
