All,
UPS is committed to maintaining an effective compliance and ethics program by continually educating UPSers on our policies and country-specific laws. This is essential to ensuring that we operate our business with the highest ethical standard.
Focus on Compliance is a recurrent training program designed to reinforce knowledge of the UPS Code of Business Conduct and to support the requirement of all UPSers to adhere to our codes of conduct.
The Focus on Compliance 2011 training is an interactive, web-based application that is accessible from any computer on the UPS network.
Audience: The 2011 training should be completed by all full-time management employees and full-time specialists, in all UPS regions and business units by 31st August.
  • Employees will need their TMS user name and password (same password used to complete the QPR process) to complete the training.

  • Click on 'EMEA'
  • Click on 'Focus on Compliance'
  • Click on 'Focus on Compliance Training'
  • Enter your TMS ID and password
  • You will be taken to the Focus on Compliance training, click the 'Start' button to the right hand side of each course and complete courses 1-7. (the 'Start' button appears for each course after you have completed the last one)
You will not be able to access a certificate unless you have reached the 100% pass rate and you will have to retake the test.

The Focus on Compliance 2011 training is an interactive, web-based application that is accessible from any computer on the UPS network. The 90-minute training is available in 15 languages: Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Thai, and Turkish. Non-English versions will be available as of April 1.
Audience: The 2011 training should be completed by all full-time management employees and full-time specialists, in all UPS regions and business units.
Timeline: April 1 - September 30, 2011
Employees will need their TMS user name and password (same password used to complete the QPR process) to complete the training. If they do not have a password, the system will prompt them to create one. To access the training, click the link below:
The Focus on Compliance 2011 training also is available on the Compliance and Ethics website  under the “Training” category.
Region-wide reporting will be captured on the Sharepoint site with the same timelines as all compliance trainings (Monthly report - 28th day of the month).
In addition, we need to ensure that all our compliance trainings are on 100%, which they currently are not.
