More Danny Lockwood

Again from Danny Lockwood in this week's Press

YOU lot thought I was joking about renaming the Koran the ‘Get Out of Jail Free Card’, didn’t you?
Just because the Savile Town ‘mafia’ seem to have Kirklees Council and the police on the end of a lead doesn’t mean that beyond our borders there isn’t a real world, where justice and common sense prevail, does it?
Think again.
Some months ago a Scottish pharmacist, Khalil Jamil, was excused repeated instances of sexual harassment because he came from a “strict” Islamic background.
It beggars belief that the General Pharmaceutical Council decided this grown man’s behaviour wasn’t sexually motivated – rubbing himself against a woman, discussing a horse’s sex life, asking what female colleagues’ favourite sexual positions were. That’s not sexually motivated?
Meanwhile Adil Rashid, 18, raped a 13-year-old girl he groomed on Facebook and was given his get-out-of-jail-card because he went to an Islamic faith school where he said he was taught that women were worthless.
He claimed it wasn’t the 13-year-old’s fault – a risible mitigation which the court clearly bought hook, line and sinker.
Poor little Rashid, victimised and traumatised by our western decadence, didn’t really want to have sex.
So why did he book a hotel room and take condoms with him? The court managed to gloss over that. It’ll be our fault too, eh? There’s probably a chancer of a lawyer already talking the rapist into taking out a claim against Premier Inns for renting him a room.
I’m sorry, but the only ‘innocent’ in that courtroom was the idiot in the wig.
The fact that our moronic judiciary is stuffed with buffoons who buy this complete tripe is bad enough.
However – and just a little one to think about – if British law can accept such a mitigation, based on the boy’s ‘education’,  why hasn’t that faith school been shut down?
Talk about one law for us and one for them.

Smells like UPS, VOSA, CIPD, HSE, etc etc
