Nigels Appeal

Don't have too many details yet, but the message from Nige was

"Went alright, they are now investigating my allegations and also submitted that grievance 3 of yours Mike. Also questioned procedure and practice. Looks like its going to be a out of court settlement as Richard (Union) says we have them by the balls"

As the Manager chairing the disciplinary was one of the Managers that I mentioned in my original grievance, looks good as a strengthener for my case. With a pre-concieved outcome of his dismissal, procedure and practice irregularities (and there were numerous) just in this one hearing, looks like his integrity may be under question.
