Having received my first decent reply from UPS in several weeks, I have volunteered to put a hold on posting anymore UPS info on here for the time being.

You don't say, jobs are being axed and unemployment's going up, why is there a surprise at this. Town centres with pedestrian areas are empty and there are now out of town shopping centre with bags of parking, again, why the surprise.
