Mike, if the contents of your email are true about Nigel and the company failing in its duty to accept a grievance then this is a clear breach of abuse of the contract of employment. I have asked that this email be forwarded to our solicitors because clearly when Nigel was dismissed the company have not even bothered to follow its own process, Completely disgraceful.
UPS fail to follow procedure? I can't believe that they'd stoop so low as to victimised someone who would dare raise his head above the parapet. Worst case I saw in my 20 years employment, but as note taker for the driver, I was there and heard and saw it all. Complete whitewash, disregarded anything that Nigel had to say.
