CIPD continued

Perusing 'tweb last night, no so long after my UPS and CIPD post I came across this. It looks like I'm not the only one who doesn't believe that the CIPD are anything but hot air. I have, however sent Marianne a copy of this, along with some more information about her member. Lets see what happens now. Maybe Lisa will suddenly become a non-member, just like Mr Integrity, Roger, and his cohort Emma.

To Clyde and Co, Both Roger and Emma are dishonest. Would you like to check neither Roger or Emma have any objection to this. They haven't complained about anything so far, so I can only assume that everything is tickity and Boo Radley.

If you believe your Human Resources professionals have acted negligently or abusively you may be able to make a complaint to their professional body. In the UK this is the CIPD, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Beware that this organisation has many fine words but is likely to be less than fine when it comes to taking action against members for failing to deal with bullying cases. Nevertheless, it may be worth creating waves to raise the level of awareness of this issue. Regardless of outcome, those who come after you can quote your complaint as precedent.

I did also add that Marianne would become complicit in UPS's bullying if she failed to investigate with Integrity. Something that Mr Integrity himself would know nothing about.
