Point 9 – Howard Stone’s e-mail from 2007, is deemed to be too old to investigate. Why can’t you check with Randy Grimes? As an integrity issue I’m sure he still has the details as well as the copy that I sent to him in 2009 (Still too old?) If my e-mail to Howard Stone is too old why can Scott Fowler’s comments about stealing a file be admissible? I have evidence, Scott doesn’t. Are you saying that my copies of e-mails are bogus?
