Ctr board 33 delivery stops ?

Several routes with less than 45 stops ans several finished del before 15.00 and so many missed and poor SPORH, I need you to look at despatching the vehicles with the time needed to complte the work not just let the go out and then sit around killing the SPORH.

Jimmy starts work at 10.00, not 8.00, if we send out 2 drivers on one board this is the result.

GD2 only shows 1st return to building time so Jimmy did 12 stops and came back to the building before he came to work.

Shaun Duffy has a time card on CRS, 10.25 hours code 89. He was planned to do approx. 20 collections. Issue raised last week about creative accountancy. If we amalgamate cards, we increase drivers hours when they haven't worked them (Jimmy Thomson last week), not saying those centre boards were necessarily dodgy on Friday but having 4 centre boards ???
I didn't send anyone out to do deliveries on a centre board.
I'm not trying to imply that we didn't need to follow anything up. We deserved what we got.

Carl (Karl) thought the figures weren't right, fiddled? Why did he think that?
MW had no confidence, Why would that be? Continually undermined? Remember Ignaz?
MW off with stress, Stress indeed, but not whilst Carl was there. What could have caused the stress. I was ever present for 17 of my years with UPS. More lies.
No integrity issues in his time. See above.
Figures weren't right but states nothing done intentionally previously, again see above.

Re presentation. Craig Scott has independently confirmed that Carls presentation showed Centreboards on road. This was stated in my ignored 2nd grievance.
