We turn a blind eye to drivers going into the warehouse early, some as early as 6.30.
We turn a blind eye to drivers going out on road before their start times.
We turn a blind eye to drivers not taking their lunch breaks.
We turn a blind eye to drivers taking their lunch breaks at the end of the day. 1st reported to Steve June 2009.
We turn a blind eye to drivers with tachograph infringements. Where are the infringement letters for the last few months? (destroyed by Steve O'Donnell)We change the start times of drivers with long planned days, but don’t reduce their stop counts, and when they complain that it is unachievable we accuse them of "taking the piss".
We have 20 drivers with a planned day in excess of 9 ½ hours. (A random day’s audit).

I walked the belt this morning and from 7AM I was asking drivers to leave the belt.
At 8AM I did a PCM to 6 drivers, How many drivers are meant to start at 8AM?
Lee Herrington twice asked by me to get off his van, get him pitzburghed.
Where is the AM despatch control.
You have a driver wearing white trainers (Two as I a driver believe if we did an on road audit Nigel Harnell would be in trainers)
You have a driver with an ear ring in each ear , get HR to send him a letter today asking he remove one.
You have a driver wearing shorts and a visable leg tattoo, I told him he can not wear shorts.
Where is the attention to detail
In all a very disapointing morning , I expected more.
