UPS are insistant that there is no issue with tachograph infringements.

This total doesn't include infringements hidden by the following;
Time between scheduled start & vehicle start not being keyed to Tachomaster
Manual timecards for non-tacho vehicles no keyed into Tachomaster to generate a report
UPS say that I had no significant effect of the infringements @ Dewsbury
Bear in mind I'd already reduced the numbers from around 350 infringements at this point, and our infringements were an honest total. Everything being keyed correctly into Tachomaster. So that all our working time infringements would show as well. According to Safety Dept we were the only Centre that was doing this, as my MOP for the whole country to use hadn't been approved. Obviously it wasn't working (Ahem)
