UPS v Judas

Inspired by;

Jesus Christ Superstar - My mind is clearer now. At last all too well, I can see where we all soon will be. Big Big Train - Judas unrepentant (Dead Nobodies 13)

Arena - Smoke & mirrors, misdirection

Ephesians 4:25

Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another

Proverbs 6:16-19

There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.

“‘And you shall not bear false witness against your neighbor
Colossians 3:9-10

Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator.

Proverbs 19:5

A false witness will not go unpunished, and he who breathes out lies will not escape.

God is not man, that he should lie, or a son of man, that he should change his mind. Has he said, and will he not do it? Or has he spoken, and will he not fulfill it?
Exodus 23:1

“You shall not spread a false report. You shall not join hands with a wicked man to be a malicious witness.

Revelation 21:8

But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.”

It is a fact that The UPS policy book states
We Insist Upon Integrity in Our People. We understand that integrity is fundamental to how we run our business and essential to maintain compliance with our policies and legal requirements. Operating with integrity means we provide an atmosphere in which our people can perform their jobs in an ethical manner. We present our company honestly to employees and, in turn, expect them to be honest with us.
We expect honesty from our people in all their duties, including their handling of money, merchandise, and property with which they are entrusted. We insist on integrity in the preparation and approval of all reports.
We also expect our people to be honest in their assessment of themselves, such as the time and commitment they give to their job performance, the fairness they seek in their dealings with others, or the objectivity they use in evaluating their own contributions.
The great majority of our people are of high moral character. However, when we do discover a dishonest person in our organization, we deal with that individual quickly and firmly. For our company to be known for its integrity, each one of us must meet high standards.
We Provide Global Services. Our long experience in package distribution and our reputation for integrity give our customers confidence that we can provide delivery solutions to their package distribution, logistics, supply chain management, financial, and information requirements.
It is a fact that “The UPS Charter” states
OUR VALUES
Our enduring beliefs
We believe that integrity and excellence are the core of all we do.
It is a fact that  The UPS code of business conduct states
Statement of Policy
We Comply With the UPS Code of Business Conduct. We manage our business in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the countries in which we operate, and in accordance with our company's high standards of business conduct. All employees are expected to comply with the UPS Code of Business Conduct, which is essential to maintaining our reputation for honesty, quality, and integrity. It is also each employee's responsibility to report to the company any situation where our standards or the laws are being violated. Any employee disclosing, in good faith, violations or suspected violations of legal requirements or UPS business standards will not be subjected to retaliation or retribution. Likewise, failure to comply with the provisions of the UPS Code of Business Conduct will not be tolerated
It is a fact that Scott Davis stated;
Compliance with our legal and ethical obligations is the responsibility of every employee and representative of UPS, as is the responsibility to report potential violations of those obligations. Reporting can be done directly through your supervisor or manager, through any member of the management team by using the Open Door Policy, or by calling the UPS Help Line. A commitment to integrity is about creating a climate for continued success. It is about creating an environment where good people can make good decisions. It is about doing the right thing in every business situation...every time. By using good judgment, and by respecting each other, UPS's commitment to integrity will endure.”

It is a fact that GTS Management Certification states;
In order to ensure that reports and payments are accurate, it is down to the Centre Management Team to be certified in the GTS interface with the DIAD. Any amendments to Time Cards, must be justified and auditable.
With this in mind I refer you to one of our core UPS Policies
We Insist Upon Integrity in Our People.
 We understand that integrity is fundamental to how we run our business and essential to maintain compliance with our policies and legal requirements. Operating with integrity means we provide an atmosphere in which our people can perform their jobs in an ethical manner. It is a fact that “Information Use and Security Compliance Manual Europe Region/E.U. Version Page 1 of 13” states
Each management person should be committed to ensuring compliance to protect our valuable information assets.
When workplace misconduct occurs, UPS relies on all employees to report violations as soon as possible. Employees who feel their security or our legal or ethical responsibilities have been compromised, or who feel pressured to violate UPS policies or standards, must immediately communicate concerns to the Company.
