Jim Barber’s letter 22nd September 2008 (Let me guess, too old to be used) states that results from the annual ERI survey “My management team will act upon the issues identified in the survey- is one of the lowest scoring questions throughout the Europe region every year.......Building a foundation of trust starts be listening to employee feedback........telling the truth........demonstrating the company’s goals and values through your own behaviour”
Even Jim Barber complains about the standards of his Managers.
